After struggling with severe cystic acne herself, she cleared her own acne and set out to help others with their skin. Cancellation Policy
This policy is being disclosed to you, the cardholder, to comply with Card Brand requirements informing you of the following specifications related to canceling services that are being booked with EVO Skin Bar through GlossGenius booking platform. By booking an appointment through this platform, you are acknowledging your understanding of the policy, the requirements, and are subject to the following terms:
1. Appointments can be canceled by you, the cardholder, without a cancellation fee being applied if commenced a minimum of 48-hours before the scheduled start time of your appointment.
2. If you, the cardholder, cancel your appointment with less than 48-hours notice per this policy; it is considered a “Late-Cancellation” and your $50 deposit will be forfeited.
3. If you, the cardholder, do not contact the business to cancel your appointment a minimum of 48-hours notice and/or No-Show for your appointment; your $50 deposit will be forfeited. A No-Show occurs when a client fails to arrive for their scheduled appointment and does not provide the required notice.
4. Late appointment arrivals impacting the completion of service are subject to being charged the full price of the scheduled service(s) to the cardholder.
5. As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent 72 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at the time of booking. Failing to respond to those confirmation messages could result in your appointment slot being given to another client or canceled.
6. To ensure a full experience, please arrive at least ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
7. Applicable taxes and fees will be retained and remitted.
